Promotions and discounts are applied to the after-tax amount
Gift certificates and pre-payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
Booking deposits can be transferred to another person, but not to another booking already in existence
Gift certificates and pre-payments never expire and are valid at any time of our operational season
Online gift certificate purchases will be emailed to the address supplied. Please use the barcode number on the certificate when making your reservation
If you purchased a physical gift certificate, this certificate must be presented on the day of your skydive. This is your cash voucher. It cannot be replaced, so please keep it in a safe place
